CHAP. 281.— An Act granting a pension to Charles Kernan.May 22, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Charles Kernan.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, directed to place the name of Charles Kernan, father of Charles Kernan, junior, late of Company F, Second Massachusetts Volunteers, on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws. Approved, May 22, 1890.
