CHAP. 28.— An Act to change and fix the time of holding terms of the district .and circuit courts at Texarkana, Arkansas.March 7, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Texarkana, Ark.Terms of court.[R. S., sec. 572. p. 98, and sec. 658, p. 120, amended](/us/rs/t/s572/p98/658/p120). That the United States circuit and district courts shall hereafter be held at Texarkana. Arkansas, on the third Monday in May and the third Monday in November of each year, instead of the times now fixed by law.
Sec. 2. That all causes, process, bonds, recognizances, and otherPending causes, etc. things pending in, returnable or having relation to, the terms of said court now provided by law shall be proceeded with in the terms provided by this act, with the same force and effect that would have been lawful had the times of holding said court not been changed.
