CHAP. 279.— An Act granting a pension to Douglass SmithMay 22, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Douglass Smith.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, the name of Douglass Smith, of Cedar Falls, Iowa, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, May 22, 1890.
