CHAP. 278.— An Act granting an increase of pension to Joseph C. Fosnot.February 23, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Joseph C. Fosnot.Pension Increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Joseph C. Fosnot, late of Company A, Nineteenth Wisconsin Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month, in lieu of the pension he is now receiving. Approved, February 23, 1891.
