CHAP. 275.— An Act granting a pension to Samantha Williams.May 22, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Samantha Williams.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll the name of Mrs Samantha Williams, of Des Moines, Iowa, and pay her a pension as the widow of William Frear, a member of Company D, Eighty-third Regiment Illinois Volunteers, from and after the passage of this act. Approved, May 22, 1890.
