CHAP. 270.— An Act granting a pen Bion to Andrew J. Elliott.February 23, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Andrew J. Elliott.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to place 1370FIFTY-FIRST CONGRESS. Sess. II. Chs. 270-275. 1891. on the pension-roll the name of Andrew J. Elliott, Mexican veteran, at the rate of thirty dollars a month, in lieu of the pension he is now receiving. Approved, February 23, 1891.
