CHAP. 267.— An Act for the relief of Chloe Cooper.May 21, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Chloe Cooper.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Chloe Cooper, step-mother of Wallace A Cooper, late a private in Company F, Forty-sixth Regiment Wisconsin Volunteer Infantry, at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, May 21, 1890.
