CHAP. 266.— An Act to remove the charge of desertion against Urs Ambrose Nunlist.February 21, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Urs Ambrose Nunlist.Charge of desertion removed. That the Secretary of War is hereby authorized and directed to remove from the records the charge of desertion against Urs Ambrose Nunlist, alias Urs Nunlist, Company C, One hundred and eighteenth Ohio Volunteer Infantry, and substitute therefor discharged from further military service on June fifth, eighteen hundred and sixty-three, by order of the probate court of Hamilton County, Ohio, on writ of habeas corpus, sued out by his father because he was a minor under the age of eighteen years, and placed in the custody of his father, and issue to him a certificate of honorable discharge as of date June fifth, eighteen hundred and sixty-three, by reason of such habeas corpus proceedings.
