CHAP. 263.— An Act granting a pension to William H. Coppinger.May 21, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,William H. Coppiner.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place upon the pension-roll the name of William H. Coppinger, late of Company K, First United States Dragoons, subject to the provisions and limitations of the general pension laws. Approved, May 21, 1890.
