CHAP. 262.— An Act for the relief of North S. Storms.February 21, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,North S. Storms.Military record corrected. That, the President of the United States be and hereby is authorized to revoke and set aside so much of special orders numbered twenty-seven, War Department. Adjutant-General’s Office, Washington, January eighteenth. eighteen hundred and sixty-five, as confirms so much of “special orders numbered three hundred and twenty-two, December thirty-first, eighteen hundred and sixty-four, from headquarters Department of Arkansas, as dismissed second lieutenant N.
S. Storms, Company E, Thirteenth Illinois Cavalry, for inefficiency and worthlessness, and then to disapprove, revoke, and set aside so much of special orders numbered three hundred and twenty-two, December thirty-first, eighteen hundred and sixty-four, Headquarters Department of Arkansas, as dismissed second lieutenant N. S. Storms. Company E, Thirteenth Illinois Cavalry, for inefficiency and worthlessness, and to grant and cause to be issued to said North S. Storms a certificate of honorable muster out of the service as of the date of December thirty-first, eighteen hundred and sixty-four.
And saidNot to have pay, etc. North S. Storms shall not be entitled, by virtue of this act, to any pay or allowance subsequent to said thirty-first day of December, eighteen hundred and sixty-four. Approved, February 21, 1891.
