CHAP. 261.— An Act for the relief of Abram F. McCurdy.February 21, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Abram F. McCurdy.Honorable disebargs to. That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, authorized and empowered to issue and grant an honorable discharge from the Army of the United States to Abram F. McCurdy, late a major in the Tenth Ohio Volunteer Cavalry. which discharge shall bear date as of May thirtieth, eighteen hundred and sixty-four, and with the rank of a major, and said discharge. with said rank, as of said date, shall be granted, notwithstanding his dismissal from the service by virtue of the proceedings and sentence of a general court-martial promulgated in General Orders Numbered Ninety-eight.
May thirtieth, eighteen hundred and sixty-tour, from Headquarters Department of the Cumberland: *Provided*,*Proviso*.Not to bare pay. etc. That no pay or allowances shall be paid said Major McCurdy by reason of such honorable discharge. Approved, February 21, 1891.
