CHAP. 260.— An Act for the relief of James M. Lowry.February 21, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,James M. Lowry.Payment to. That the sum of two hundred and seventeen dollars and seventy-three cents be, and the same is hereby, appropriated, to be paid out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to James M. Lowry, the same being balance due him for services rendered as assistant marshal in the eleventh enumerator’s district of East Tennessee in taking the eighth census of the United States. Approved, February 21, 1891.
