CHAP. 259.— An Act granting a pension to Elizabeth Ogden.May 21, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Elizabeth Ogden.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and is hereby, instructed and required to place on the pension-roll the name of Elizabeth Ogden, of Burlington, Iowa, foster mother of Alfred Ogden, late a private in Company B, First Regiment of Engineers, Missouri Volunteers, and'pay her a pension according to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws. Approved, May 21, 1890.
