CHAP. 256.— An Act to remove the charge of desertion from the record of Michael Flaherty.February 21, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Michael Flaherty.Charge of desertion removed. That the Secretary of War be, and he hereby is, authorized and directed to cause the records of the War Department to be so amended as to remove the charge of desertion from the service record of Michael Flaherty, late a private in Company H, Ninety-first regiment New York Volunteers, and to grant an honorable discharge to the said Michael Flaherty as a private of said company as of the date of July third, eighteen hundred and sixty-five.
