CHAP. 256.— An Act granting a pension to H. G. Church.May 21, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and. House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,H. G. Church.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and is hereby, required to place on the pension-roll H. G. Church, of Mount Pleasant, Iowa, late a member of Company K, First Regiment of New York Provisional Cavalry, and pay him a pension according to his disability. Approved, May 21, 1890.
