CHAP. 255.— An Act granting a pension to Elizabeth Heckler.May 21, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Elizabeth Heckler.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the Ïension laws, the name of Elizabeth Heckler, widow of the late Francis Heckler, of the Thirty-ninth Regiment New York Volunteers. Approved, May 21, 1890.
