CHAP. 253.— An Act granting a pension to Lucy A. M. Norman.May 21, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Lucy A. M. Norman.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he hereby is, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Lucy A M. Norman, widow of William Norman, late a private in Company I, Sixteenth Regiment Missouri Cavalry, and to pay her a pension from, and after the passage of this act. Approved, May 21, 1890.
