CHAP. 250.— An Act granting a pension to Charles A. Platz.May 21, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Charles A. Platz.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll the name of Charles A, Platz, a private in Company K, One hundred and fifty fourth Regiment Indiana Volunteers, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws. Approved, May 21, 1890.
