CHAP. 249.— An Act granting a pension to W. S. Yohe.May 21, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,W.S.Yohe.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior is hereby authorized and directed to place upon the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the general pension laws, the name of W. S. Yohe, a private in Company H, First Regiment United States Infantry, in the Florida war, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, May 21, 1890.
