CHAP. 238.— An Act granting a pension to Emily T. Pottle.May 21, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the. United States of America in Congress assembled*,Emily T. Pottle.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be. and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll the name of Mrs. Emily T. Pottle, of Witchita, Kansas, who served as a volunteer hospital nurse during the years eighteen hundred and sixty-one and eighteen hundred and sixty-two, in the war of the rebellion, and pay her at the rate of twelve dollars a month from and after the passage of this act. Approved, May 21, 1890.
