CHAP. 231.— An Act to increase the pension of Daniel King.February 14, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Daniel King.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place upon the pension-roll, subject to the terms and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Daniel King, a private of Company E. Third Regiment of Indiana Volunteers, of the war with Mexico, and pay to him the sum of twenty dollars per month, in lieu of the pension now paid to him. Approved, February 14, 1891.
