CHAP. 228.— An Act granting an increase of pension to John Moran.February 14, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,John Moran.Pension increased That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, directed to increase the pension of John Moran, late first lieutenant Company F, Fifty-fourth Regiment Kentucky Mounted Infantry Volunteers, and allow him, in addition to his present pension, the legal rating for complete scrotal hernia of right side. Approved, February 14, 1891.
