CHAP. 226.— An Act granting a pension to Allen Feathers.May 19, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Allen Feathers.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place upon the pension-roll of the United States the name of Allen Feathers, late a private in Company F, Third Regiment New York Cavalry, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws. Approved, May 19, 1890.
