CHAP. 224.— An Act granting a pension to Harman Day.May 19, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Harman Day.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, at the rate of twelve dollars a month, the name of Harman Day, dependent father of Wesley H. Day, late of Company K, Eighth Vermont Volunteers. Approved, May 19, 1890.
