CHAP. 222.— An Act to pension Walker H. Fomby for service in the Indian war.February 14, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Walker H. Fomby.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be. and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll the name of Walker H. Fomby, of Sardis, Hemp-stead County Arkansas, late a private of Captain John Loyall’s company, Georgia Mounted Volunteers, Creek Indian war, eighteen hundred and thirty-six, and pay him the same pension as is allowed by law for service in the war of eighteen hundred and twelve.
