CHAP. 221.— An Act to grant a pension to Mrs. Etta Hubbs as an army nurse.February 14, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Etta Hubbs.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and hereby is, authorized and directed to place upon the pension-roll the name of Mrs. Etta Hubbs, of Carthage, Illinois, who was an army nurse, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, February 14, 1891.
