CHAP. 219.— An Act to grant a pension to Richard C. Cabeen.February 14, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Richard C. Cabeen.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and hereby is, authorized and directed to place upon the pension-roll the name of Richard C. Cabeen. who was a soldier in Company A. in Owens battalion attached to Colonel Doniphan’s First Missouri Regiment in the Mexican war, and pay him a pension at eight dollars per month. Approved, February 14, 1891.
