Willis.February 14, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Lillie E. Willis.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior is authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll. subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Mrs. Lillie E. Willis, of the city of New York, State of New York, widow of the late Benjamin A. Willis, major One hundred and nineteenth Regiment New York Volunteer Infantry. Approved, February 14, 1891.
