CHAP. 216.— An Act for the relief of Frances T. Dana.February 14, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Frances T. Dana.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and lie is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll the name of Frances T. Dana, widow of the late Commander William Starr Dana, of the United States Navy, and to pay her a pension at the rate of fifty dollars per month. Approved, February 14, 1891.
