CHAP. 215.— An Act for the relief of Richard M. A. Fenwick, late of the Mexican war.February 14, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Richard M. A. Fenwick.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he hereby is. authorized and directed to place the name of Richard M. A. Fenwick, late a private in Thrift’s Company. First Regiment of Virginia Volunteers of the Mexican war, on the pension-roll of the United States at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, February 14, 1891.
