CHAP. 211.— An Act for the relief of Delila Roe.February 14, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Delila Roe.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place the name of Delila Roe, widow of George C. Roe, on the pension-roll and pay her a pension of twelve dollars per month. Approved, February 14, 1891.
