CHAP. 205.— An Act granting a pension to Lydia P. Holmes.February 14, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Lydia P. Holmes.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll the name of Lydia P. Holmes, of Athens, Somerset County, Maine, mother of William. L. Holmes, late of Company I, First Regiment Maine Heavy Artillery Volunteers. Approved, February 14, 1891.
