CHAP. 201.— An Act granting a pension to Captain Andrew J. Briscoe.February 14, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Andrew J. Briscoe.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he hereby is, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Captain Andrew J. Briscoe, pilot of the United States Government transport boats on the Ohio, Mississippi, Tennessee, and other rivers, at thirty dollars per month. Approved, February 14, 1891.
