CHAP. 199.— An Act granting a pension to Charles D. Hanscom.February 14, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Charles D. Hanscom.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Charles D. Hanscom, late of Company I, Second Regiment Massachusetts Volunteer Infantry, at the rate of thirty-six dollars per month, in lieu of the pension which he is now receiving. Approved, February 14, 1891.
