CHAP. 197.— An Act granting a pension to Lucy J. Blanchard, late a volunteer nurse in the United States military service.February 14, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Lucy J. Blanchard.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be. and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place upon the pension roll the name of Lucy J. Blanchard, of Syracuse, FIFTY-FIRST CONGRESS. Sess. II. Chs. 197-201. 1891.1353 New York, late a volunteer nurse in the United States military service during the war of the rebellion, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month.
