CHAP. 195.— An Act granting a pension to Elizabeth D. Foster.February 14, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Elisabeth D. Foster.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll the name of Elizabeth D. Foster, widow of William R. Foster, late a captain of Company E, Fifty-first Pennsylvania Volunteers, and to grant her a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month. Approved, February 14, 1891.
