Bailey, of Braintree, Massachusetts.May 3, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United Slates of America in Congress assembled*,W.H.H. Bailey.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to increase the rate of pension allowed W. H. H. Bailey, late a private of Com- any F, Thirty-eight Regiment of New York Volunteer Infantry, war of eighteen hundred and sixty-one, under certificate numbered thirty-five thousand three hundred and ninety-nine, from the sum of thirty-six dollars per month to the sum of forty-five dollars per month. Approved, May 3, 1890.
