CHAP. 193.— An Act to increase the pension of Henry H. Penrod.May 3, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Henry H. Penrod.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior is hereby authorized and directed to increase the pension now paid to Henry H. Penrod, late a private of Company A, Forty-fifth Regiment of Kentucky Mounted Infantry, on pension certificate numbered two hundred and forty-five thousand one hundred and seventy-five, to twenty-five dollars per month, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws. Approved, May 3, 1890.
