CHAP. 192.— An Act granting pension to Margaret Proctor Noyes.February 14, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Margaret Proctor Noyes.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he hereby is, authorized and directed t oplace on the pension rolls, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Margaret Proctor Noyes, widow of General Edward F. Noyes, late colonel of the Thirty-ninth Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry, and brevet brigadier-general, at the rate of fifty dollars per month. Approved, February 14, 1891.
