CHAP. 189.— An Act granting a pension to Theressa D. Doubles.February 14, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Theressa D. Doubles.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and hereby is, directed and authorized to place on the pension-rolls, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Theressa D, Doubles, late the widow of Israel D. Smith, Company B, Two hundred and eleventh Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteers. Approved, February 14, 1891.
