CHAP. 185.— An Act granting a pension to Martha Leach.February 14, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Martha Leach.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Martha Leach, who was the widow of Robert Morrison, private in Company H, One hundred and fifth Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteers. Approved, February 14, 1891.
