CHAP. 185.— An Act granting a pension to Mrs. Emma Dill.May 3, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Emma Dill.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, the name of Mrs. Emma Dill, widow of William Dill, late a captain Company D, Thirty-fifth Regiment Iowa Volunteer Infantry, at the rate of twenty dollars per month. Approved, May 3, 1890.
