CHAP. 179.— An Act granting a pension to Ruth Collier, of Tennessee.February 14, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Ruth Collier.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, directed to place the name of Ruth Collier, widow of John M. Collier, who was enrolled as a private in Company B, Eighth Tennessee Cavalry, on the pension-rolls, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws. Approved, February 14, 1891.
