CHAP. 177.— An Act granting a pension to Sarah C. Hurlbutt.April 30, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Sarah C. Hurlbutt.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Sarah C. Hurlbutt, only surviving daughter of Elijah Weeks, late a soldier in Captain Thomas Weeks’ company of Massachusetts troops in the war of the Revolution, and pay her at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, April 30, 1890.
