CHAP. 173.— An Act to correct the military record of Marcellus Pettitt.February 13, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Marcellus Pettitt.Military record torrected. That the Secretary of War is empowered and directed to enter the name of Marcellus Pettitt upon the muster rolls of Company G, Twenty-first Missouri Infantry Volunteers, from the first day of February, eighteen hundred and sixty-two to the tenth day of February eighteen hundred and sixty-two, the latter date being the date of his death and his muster having been prevented by his fatal illness. Approved, February 13, 1891.
