CHAP. 172.— An Act to correct the military record of William E. Crouse.February 13, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,William E. CrouseGranted honorable discharge. That the Secretary of War is hereby authorized to grant William E. Crouse, late second lieutenant of the First Massachusetts Heavy Artillery Regiment, an honorable discharge, notwithstanding the court-martial proceedings of March, eighteen hundred and sixty-five: *Provided*, That*Proviso.*No pay, etc. said Crouse shall not be entitled to any pay or allowances by virtue hereof.
