CHAP. 171.— An Act for the relief of Charles H. Kellen.February 13, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Charles H. Kellen.Military record corrected. That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place the name of Charles H. Kellen on the rolls as a second lieutenant in Company F, Seventh Regiment Rhode Island Volunteers, as of date of December fifteenth, eighteen hundred and sixty-two. Approved, February 13, 1891.
