CHAP. 170.— An Act for the relief of Charles Max Wittig, alias Max Wittig.February 13, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Max Wittig.Charge of desertion removed. That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to remove from the records the charge of desertion against Max Wittig, late of Company C, First Missouri Artillery Volunteers, and to issue to him an honorable discharge as of the date of his leaving that organization, and to pay him all pay, bounty, and allowances that may be due him,Pay, etc. without reference to the charge of desertion. Approved, February 13, 1891.
