CHAP. 17.— An Act granting a pension to Jerusha P. Harding.December 15, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Jerusha P. Harding.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, directed to place the name of Jerusha P. Harding, dependent foster-mother of William L. Harding, late a private in Company E, Forty-ninth Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteer Infantry, on the pension-roll, and grant her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws. Approved, December 15, 1890.
