CHAP. 16.— An Act to increase the pension of Stephen L. Kearney.December 15, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Stephen L Kearney.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to Stephen L. Kearney, late First Lieutenant Third Regiment United States Colored Troops, a pension of twenty-five dollars, in lieu of the pension he is now receiving. Approved, December 15, 1890.
